Workspace History

How chat and Canvas history is stored and how to turn it off.

Replicas stores workspace chat transcripts and Canvas files so workspace history can be viewed after sleep.

Disabling history persistence is available on Team and Enterprise plans only.

To turn persistence off:

1. Go to Organization Settings, Defaults
2. Find Workspace History, then Save chat and Canvas history
3. Toggle the switch off
